YES! We allow for all stages of pregnancy in the studio and classes. Depending on your experience level we will give recommendations, modifications and adjustments accordingly.

Yes you can! We allow for all parents to bring their kids as long as there is no major interruptions to other clients experience in the class. We also offer a play pen in a class and your babies can be next to you!
We know how hard it is for mums so we do our very best to accomodate and help you get back into routine

Absolutely. Every class is open level. Trainers give you options so you can start simple and build up when you’re ready.

Let us know when you book. We adapt exercises to suit you, from pregnancy to past injuries so you’re always safe and supported.

Not at all. Pilates is how you get fit and flexible. Many people start at square one and progress step by step.

Our reformer studio has only 12 beds, which means small groups, personalised coaching, and no one gets lost in the crowd.

Just grippy socks, a water bottle, and yourself. We provide everything else.

Most clients feel a difference in 2–3 classes per week. Even once a week can create change — the key is consistency.

Yes! Many members add nutrition coaching or wellness treatments (massage, infrared sauna, float) to accelerate results.
